「天の裁きを待つしかない」という世界混乱が現出した感ありですが、脱原発と核廃絶は人類の急務になったと信じます。

Dear Friends,

I am sending you a crucial message sent from a close friend on mine, former Indian major general Vinod Saighal, renowned observer of the world politics.

 

He asserts that the elimination of nuclear weapons has to be the foremost global priority with immediate effect and that the first step would have to be the passage of this resolution in the UN General Assembly followed by a similar resolution in the UN Security Council.

 

I am personally proposing to make the final departure from nuclear reactors the prerequisite to denuclearization. Playing down the dangers of radio activity should no longer be allowed.

 

Establishing the link between the two popular movements, anti- nuclear plants and denuclearization, could bring about the reactivation of the two lofty popular movements, putting an end to the prevailing mannerism.
